Bad customer service
I’ve been using Colvin for a while now and was very happy with the service. Everything went well. But it’s when problems arise that you truly see the attention to customer satisfaction. I bought a pack of 3 vases and flowers for my wife celebrating the birth of out son. One of the vases arrived broken and I asked them to resend the broken base. They said it was not possible and only gave a 2€ refund. This doesn’t even cover the shipping costs. I’m very very disappointed with this customer service.
