No valid activation and no help at all from the Service Center
We got offered a Wonderbox for our anniversary. When we wanted to use it and used to activation code of the box online, the website of Wonderbox.de issued a validation date of 01.03.0001, so the box was no longer valid. After asking help at the Service Center of Wonderbox online, no one cared to help with this issue. So money stolen.

We’re sorry to hear your anniversary box wasn’t activated correctly at the till. We see our customer service team has replied to you outlining the steps to resolve this:
- Locate the receipt (proof of purchase) and send it to us,
or
- Contact the store where the box was bought and ask them to activate it.
Whichever response you receive from the store, please forward it to us by replying to our email.
If you need further assistance, send a brief description of the issue, your voucher number and a phone number to mediator-be@wonderbox.com.
