Brought clothes and shoes took about a week to arrive from Australia to NZ got the free tshirt as described all went well, shoes fit nicely too.

I think the so called 30,000 good reviews are a lie this company is a 3rd party company selling the same items for different prices from small businesses that you can buy directly from and some you can't and selling refurbished phones without saying they're refurbished and my latest and last purchase have not received a tracking number for. if you want kiwi owned and good prices use kiwibuy. Mighty ape is a shark company.

I give the online store a 1 star due to being laughed at and saying I can't change my son's shoes for a different size due to being a afterpay payment so I did the afterpay refund pressed in-store return to be told by a very nice guy at riccarton mall he can swap them for a different size or exchange and pay the difference if cost more he was way more helpful than the online customer service they need to be trained again. So 1 star for online but 5 stars for the riccarton store.

Fast delivery good service

They use a new Zealand website .co.nz but they are in Australia that's weird I thought my order would be from a new Zealand company supporting a kiwi business but no and also they use aramex the worst delivery company in Christchurch NZ they should use their own Australia website .co.au instead of blinding people that's really off putting won't buy again cheers.

Took 6 weeks to receive a broken rowing machine sent it back for a refund to go buy one elsewhere because I didn't know they were a 3rd party middle man cheap temu kaka, they have received their broken machine on the 7th April and no refund has been made, sent emails no reply. Brought a car gps from them a year or longer ago asked how to get it to work to get a reply with the same instructions as the ones in the box it's still just a paper weight they don't work. Don't buy from ds terrible company.
