Unknowingly I have paid excess amount when I spoke to customer service team they have provided an email and almost I have been requesting since 6 days not even single email of acknowledgment. Very Worst customer service.

Worst Organization I have were seen. Since last 1year their was a change in the Maintenance department, which is been handled by "wgestateagents" they never pick your calls and if you raise a ticket No response at all for months together. When you raise a ticket not even an acknowledgment that you have raised a ticket very worst management. Try to avoid this company else you will entering into hell lot of issues with them.

I have invested money for 12months, their is not much or no change in credit rating. Loqbox is charging money £30 from ur own money saving while withdraw. This is not at all informed while we are creating the account. This seems to be purely cheating the customers.
I guess they are making money in various ways when we invest month on month and while withdraw again making money by charging £30 from each customer. in short with customers money they are making money out of it by cheating people.
