Google Workspace Illegally Charging After Subscription is Canceled.
Out of the blue, Google is charging me for a service I’ve never used. When I requested to cancel it, I was told I’d be charged an annual fee of nearly 80 euro.This is completely illegal and abusive. I haven’t been able to reach customer support or anything like that. It’s impossible to find help on the company’s website. I’m going to contact the consumer protection agency in Berlin.
