After reading all the negative reviews I was nervous about ordering from them so I rang to make sure what I wanted was in stock. I was told it was, and delivery would only take a few days, which it did. So, given that their price was about 200 less than anywhere else, I was delighted with their service.

Laptop came quickly. Visually perfect. Possibly a glitch in not shutting down properly sometimes but I haven't had a chance to try to fix it. Battery is lasting 3-4 hours which is ok, but not like new. All in all, very good value
