The eye check up was excellent and having discovered I needed new lenses I spoke with Rob, in the shop, who was wonderfully helpful - he was able to explain what sort of frame size and shape could work well with a thicker lens. He was really patient and kind. A real asset to the Vision Express brand

The lady in Vision Express in Tesco went above and beyond to help me. Her system would not allow the purchase, so she worked at it and then phoned me as I shopped in Tesco to say it was all sorted if I wanted to pop back. She was helpful in all aspects of choosing and buying glasses. I was very impressed
