I have been shopping Revolve for many years and I have always had excellent experiences. The selection; from casual to wedding, the price ranges, and sizes provide to a wide range of people. Not to mention the many other things on their website. Their ability to problem solve as quickly as possible, and their return policy. But last week my customer service representative; showed me exactly why they are the best in the clothing industry. I bought a pair of shorts that were too big. Not only did she locate a smaller size; she shipped it to Canada, waiving the shipping cost, so I could get them in time for an event I was wearing them too. Before they had received my return. Bravo Revolve 👏🏽 I will continue to pay customs/duties, and USD because of this kinda customer care.

Worst online experience! I placed 2 orders on June 14 slides and sneakers; June 15 info sent to T Force delivery company and was supposed to arrive by June 22. Now we’re at July 2, T Force has not received any parcels, only a label was created and I’ve called Adidas TWICE they have no information, keep saying backlog in warehouse, and they won’t return my money. Agent now says they need to do an investigation and I have to wait until July 8. What a joke! I will never order Adidas again!!!! Waste of my time. I should have bought the Nike slides instead; great delivery times and customer service.
