I had a really helpful and lovely support via phone banking with Annila. She was patient, polite and helpful all the way through our converstion. Annila explained some queries I had and taught me how to find some information I needed on the bank's website.

Go Daddy took money from my account via a direct debit for a domain name. When I rang to say I didn't want them to take the money becuase I was closing that website, and could I please have a refund I was told I couldn't have a refund. Apparently, they would try to re-sell it for me! A very poor alternative. I agreed (had no choice) and the person on the phone tried to add it to for re-sale but couldn't!! SO now I have had money taken without an email alerting to me the upcoming withdrawal AND they are unable to offer it for sale! Why do big compananies get away with daylight robbery? However, the good news is that on reading my review they did contact me and offered the refund:-) It is still a shame that it had to come to this and they don't offer refunds normally if you have passed the 30 day mark... I am not sure why they don't!
