I ordered wine and it got completely damaged in transit and they have not refunded me, nor have they credited the money to my account with them and no one will respond to my messages. It is very frustrating

I left a load of stuff in for auction, some of the valuable bits seem to have disappeared as they never appeared in the auction and having requested that they be given back to me, I am now told that they were donated to charity, which is bullshit. I have been in communication with them continuously, they were underpaying me, charging me commission on items they had not sold, they are literally impossible to deal with. My experience is that their aim is to rid off the customer at every step. The owner Ross is the single most obnoxious and rude man I have ever had the misfortune to have dealings with. I completely distrust this company, they clearly don't care about ripping off customers and the owner is so extremely rude and obnoxious. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!
Review of Boots Ireland
Had to take my daughter to the OT if hours doctors service and drove to Boots in Wexford to get prescription. They would not even take the prescription, they said I could come back tomorrow at 2pm. Such a crap service. People don't go looking for prescriptions on st Stephens day unless they are sick, it's not optional. I'm so mad. Staff were rude. Boots, you are the worst!

Dealing with loveholidays.ie is a nightmare. They publish inaccurate and incorrect information on their website, I booked a holiday on the basis of this information. They now insist that it is no their responsibility as I should have researched the information elsewhere to check that what was on the love holidays website was correct.... seriously!!!! the whole reason for booking through a package holiday operator is that you pay a premium for this holidays as the package holiday operator is supposed to have done the research and the premium you are paying is to compensate for individuals not having to carry out the research themselves. They now tell me that I should have independently researched the information that they provided.... the phrase why have a dog and have to bark yourself. Avoid this company, apart from incorrect and inaccurate information on their website that can completely ruin your holiday, their customer service leaves a lot of be desired. The disrespectful tone and attitude in their communication from customer service could actually be used as examples of how NOT to deal with customers!!!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

What does it take to get a response from this company. I have been continuously contacting them after an issue of false and misleading information relating to a booking but they are just ignoring me.

Review of The Green Bus by Dublin Coach
Booked tickets for the 15.05 from Kildare to Dublin Airport. The website says to be there 10 mins early, we were, in fact, there 25 minutes early. When the bus had not arrived by 15.30 I phone the office repeatedly. EVENTUALLY, someone answered and said the bus would be there in 5 minutes, clearly the office is in a completely different time warp to us. The 15.05 bus arrived at 15.53.... almost an hour late and it was almost 16.00 when it left Kildare. There was no apology from the driver for the lateneess. The heating was on full and when I asked the driver to turn it down he said it couldn't be turned down. The bus was an absolute disgrace, it is rattley, damaged seats, snelly. It is disgusting to inflict such a dreadful vehicle on passengers. The driver was, without question, the worst driver I have ever experienced. I emailed the company and they don't even have the basic manners to reply. There should be negative star ratings.... this company deserves a minus 5 star rating!!! Awful!!!

I've recently been through the drive thru in Burger King in Gorey a few times. On all occasions I was served by a very professional and pleasant young lady. Her name is Emma. She is helpful with suggestions and accommodation non standard orders. She is certainly a great ambassador for the company
