Very poor customer service and support. I bought a Bain Marie from Adexa it’s leaking and it seems they’re not willing to do nothing to help the sort the issue trading standards need to shut this company down from trading in the UK bad representation for people spending money on items especially businesses who can lose revenue when something is faulty

Excellent service I cannot fault it. They’re better than a lot on the other delivery companies that come to deliver to my address some don’t even worry turning up I got a call telling me they were 30 minutes away I asked them to give me other call and they did excellent job guys well done.

Staff are always friendly and helpful and will to help in my experience for the last 3 weeks I’ve been to the store almost everyday and I have had the same experience Henry and Renee have always been helpful and I cannot fault the level of customer service I received from them both.

I was getting trouble with the delivery company as they couldn’t find my address spoke to customer care and the lady on the phone was so helpful she cancelled the order order and organise to have it delivered the next day by DPD also awesome
