Waiting Time and Customer Service

First, I want to highlight how well I was attended by Mark. Such a great guy. He solved my issue; and he was so gentle and nice. Absolutely a great employee.

However, in regards of the waiting time to contact customer service, that was a hard thing. I was on the phone at least 25 mins. I guess, that is something to be solved.

To sum up, It may happen one has to wait a long time to get to customer support service. But the quality of Mark was outstanding. Cheers.
