Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, they require clients reply their email within 7days, otherwise they will cancel your insurance policy with nonsense reasons. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

Poor service

Poor service. Have been waiting over 2 weeks for delivery of a parcel.
Everyday it shows out for delivery, but it never arrives.
