Ordered a mattress order number…
Ordered a mattress order number 888J593566 was due to be delivered on 20/7. Day of scheduled delivery driver called to confirm time, he then called back to say he would be running late…then called back to say he went back to the warehouse and they didn’t even have any in stock. Customer services have been unhelpful- I called them on the ring back took them 3 hours to call by that tine all the departments they needed to liase with apparently had closed. They said they would call me back the next day - never did, called them back - same ridiculous rigmarole spoke to someone explained I am physically disabled and when the driver called to say was coming I had disposed of my mattress so was sleeping on a sofa. Didn’t seem that bothered they also said the departments they needed to get the order reset were closed but would call me back with a resolution the next day with a delivery date and to discuss compensation…until now still nothing. When you have to sit waiting for an hour to get through it’s soul destroying to keep on chasing them when this is there mistake to be rectified it shouldn’t be up to me. Got another 3 beds and mattresses to replace I will not be using dreams- thought they would be decent and were a big reputable company- obviously not
