Bad experience
Terrible experience! I have not received any product or refund. I don't recommend it. Order reference UYXDBIAOO, 24.08.2022.
Update from 16.11.2022:
I have just received the refund. Thank you. I added an additional star for that. But still it is a terrible service.
Why does the customer have to write to a customer service for months to get information concerning the status of the order?!
22.12.22: It is a pity that I have no opportunity to reply to avvenice message directly here.
Don't you think, dear avvenice representatives, when a customer makes an order, paying extra for a FAST delivery, he is ready to wait forever? It would be very kind of you, at least, to inform a customer immediately that you cannot provide the service! Exactly it is the way how trustful companies do!
