I love the tights - genuinely no roll down and no pulling up repeatedly throughout the day. At 6ft this is genius! Clothes are good quality and fit is true to size. My only issue is the dispatch. Still waiting on items ordered 4wks ago to be dispatched. I order from them but only when I can wait. If need quickly they're not my go to.

Driver delivered well within the provided time slot however dropped parcel on path, knocked and ran back to van leaving parcel in full view of street where it could have been taken.

I usually don't leave reviews but this service has been horrific. Received an email saying my parcel had been delivered. I was in and no delivery was attempted. I attempted to contact the driver with the contact details on email however no success. Checked tracking info on website which stated item delivered. Attempted to telephone to speak to someone-not an option just an automated service. Tried to use webchat where I was told my parcel would be delivered today and to check tracking. Explained again that did not have parcel and agent requested proof of email saying item had been delivered. Screen shot sent. Agent then told me item had been delivered to me. Again repeated this was not acurate. After 1hr of this finally gave up a d contacted company ordered from who had advised item had been delivered and photo was uploaded to their system. They helpfully sent me a copy of this. Not my front door! Back to yodel we go who continue to tell me the parcel has been delivered. Yes it has but not to me and no idea where it is. I have even cancelled a different order so as to avoid needing to use this courier. The only positive is they send you copies of webchat to your email for your records which will be helpful for complaint!
