Bambu Lab is the best in every aspect.
Their website has an excellent design. I find everything I need at MakerWorld; the purchasing process is very simple and straightforward, the packaging is sturdy and shipping is fast, customer service focuses on problem-solving, the printer is top-notch and very easy to use, and Bambu Studio is very intuitive and improves with each update. I still haven't found anything negative to criticize about Bambu Lab!
