Lots of the things I wished to order…
Lots of the things I wished to order were out of stock. I ended up purchasing my X2D from a reseller, and 24 rolls of filament through another supplier. Overall, my experience was quite poor (unfortunately).

£800 printer arrived 3 days late
£800 printer arrived 3 days late, on its side, handle ripped out of one side and boot marks all over it. Almost a week later still fighting with them to get a replacement sent out - so far refusing to replace it! Horrendous customer service

Company will not let you return items…
Company will not let you return items even when everything qualifies for a return under their policies. Don't bother buying their filaments as they will not allow you to return them. There are plenty of 3rd party vendors that have higher quality filaments at lower costs. Want more color selections at a lower cost? Go 3rd party. Don't bother with bambu filaments.
