Review of ZIPTRANSFERS
On arrival at Pallma Mallorca airport we went to collection point the man at desk was very abrupt and told us to wait outside. We waited half an hour until a driver brought us to our hotel. It made us wonder why we had bothered to arrange our transfer in the first place. They certainly didn't bring us on time. After hol 3 days later, One of the group had misunderstood the departure time so our pick up was going to be too late so we asked could they accommodate us with an earlier pick up and they refused pointing out terms and conditions of 48 hrs prior notice they were very un accommodating. We easily got taxi from our hotel. We wish we never paid this company in advance for a very un friendly and below par service. Never will recommend them.
