Packaging was hopeless,zero protection…

Packaging was hopeless,zero protection for the posts, most of which were damaged, only plastic protecting the ends, an extra bit of cardboard or aero board would have made the difference very disappointing

Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry the packaging was inadequate and that most of the posts arrived damaged – that’s very disappointing and well below our usual standards. We’ve also taken steps to improve our packaging process to prevent this happening again.
