Mr. Desi Howden, Just a note of thanks to your wonderful staff. I had reason to bring my Kipor suitcase generator in to be repaired lately and having collected it there was an outstanding problem which needed to be sorted. Brian and his team were brilliant and was helped by all the gang in many ways incl. Seamus , Leon, Dara ,Colin. The telephonist was always most helpful too, so continue the good work. The attitude of all the staff is exemplary , you should be proud of them all.

Mispriced shipping
Placed an order for a compressor tank online - priced appropriately for parts clearly originating from a fully built compressor that has been broken down.
Requested a delivery status update over email which prompted a phone call to tell me the delivery charge was mispriced and the order couldn't be honoured unless I covered the likely £150.00 delivery charge.
I offered to pay increased shipping (over 50% of actual) but company just proceeded to refund.
Wasted several hours of research and then several days waiting for something which will never arrive. Back to the drawing board.

I ordered a ladder from howden tools as they were priced very favourably. I had to contact them to make a small change to the order, and they couldn't have been more helpful. The ladder arrived the very next day. I was delighted with the service overall and will definitely shop there again!

The item was not in stock as advertised on their website, apparently it was not in stock for a long time. Credit was not returned immediately I had to call them after a week to ask to send the due credit to my card
