Einfach und schnell

We ordered a sofa, but the side panels didn’t touch the floor and there was a cut in the fabric on the bottom. We filed a complaint immediately and were offered €40 for the cut. The money was transferred two days later. After that, we exchanged several emails regarding the replacement of the sofa; time and again, we were put off or told to contact the shipping company. After two months, the sofa was finally replaced. The shipping company did not take the old sofa away; it has been blocking the stairwell for three weeks. The employee keeps referring us to the shipping company. Despite almost daily email correspondence, it has been sitting here since February 23! The furniture store doesn’t seem to care at all—legally, they are obligated to take back the defective sofa!

Bestellung am 12.6 aufgegeben… Ware ist bezahlt …mehrere E-mails geschrieben … keine Antwort vom Kundenservice… Ware seit fast 2 Monaten bezahlt und nicht geliefert … was ein Unternehmen Hauptsache Werbung auf insta läuft

Reklamation nicht möglich e-mail werden nicht beantwortet … sehr schade weil Ware ist schön
