Worst customer support I have seen

Worst customer support I have seen - even for Germany it is a new low. Had to call five times to talk to a real person, they promised to send the overview of the activities for the invoice they are pressing me to close. has been 1.5 months - nothing! But they proceed with the debt collectors etc. Saftladen!

Awful quality and difficult returns

I have bought about 3-4 items and all of them are poor quality: the bra form is weird, the bra straps keep sliding/ falling off the shoulders, the hooks got bent instantly. In addition the customer service was extremely difficult to get hold of and the company was trying to manage returns by US rules (no returns for sale items), which goes against the law in the EU. Never again.

Worst online shopping experience

Worst online shopping experience, by a mile! From cancelling previously confirmed orders to even invoicing double the confirmed price for another item.
And their customer service is absolutely incompetent. Unbelievable how this online shop survives, even for Germany it is a fail.
