What sets WeSwitchU apart from other switching platforms is that we are 100% impartial and do not receive commissions from the suppliers, ensuring that we can provide customers with all available options, not just tariffs that we get a commission on.

Unlike other online platforms, we do a sanity check and review of each online switch prior to processing to ensure the customer has selected the best tariff for their specific usage profile and meter configuration. If we have any further recommendations to save that customer money, we contact them straight away. We have customer service representatives involved in the process from start to finish.

WeSwitchU also provides an ongoing service to ensure our customers are always on the best rate. We monitor changes in the market so if new deals become available over the period of a contract we get back in touch and let you know, and if not, we contact you next year before your contract ends making sure you never fall into suppliers expensive out of contract rates.

Our staff spend a lot of time to make sure that each customer gets switched promptly to the best possible tariff. We hope that helps explain why we charge a small admin fee of 10% of savings (minimum €40) per switch.
