Use to rate Wiggle highly but seemingly they’ve changed. Ordered some shoes with cleats which I really wanted and added some glasses. They took full payment then emailed to say shoes and cleats cancelled. I wanted to cancel the whole order and go elsewhere or speak to someone to get advice but there was no way of contacting them. Could return glasses but wouldn’t get postage back …. sorry Wiggle won’t be using you again

We went through quite a complicated renovation which took a lot longer than expected. Throughout the design, installation and commissioning Total were flexible and communicated well with us, the builder, the man who did our external insulation and render, the plumber, electrician and architect. We've learnt a lot working with these guys and we found them incredibly patient, helpful and accommodating. The system works extremely well, we've a heat pump, new radiators, underfloor heating, panels, car charger and some clever apps which I'm still learning about!!

Great looking and comfortable shoes. Had to return as oversize, the returns service was easy enough and the refund was done reasonably quickly. I ordered a better size love them
