I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding my recent order (order number: [insert order number]). At the time of purchase I was told I would be contacted to confirm my availability for delivery. Instead, I was assigned a delivery date and time without prior consultation.
I have attempted to contact Sklum and the delivery company multiple times. After considerable effort I reached the delivery company and agreed to reschedule, but I was told I would receive confirmation and further contact — which I have not received. It has now been more than one week and I still have no confirmed delivery slot.
This situation is unacceptable. I work and travel frequently and require a confirmed delivery date and time that fits my availability.
