I ordered a power washer online on the 06/05/21 and was told I would have my order in 3-7 working days,I have since emailed and rang them with no response.

Not happy with this online company
Not happy with this online company, I placed an order on 16/03/21 and still have not received the order,I sent emails through their online website and did webchat with no response, I think this website is a scam and should be investigated

First of all we are a real company . we do hundreds of orders a month and our team , which is only 4 people work very hard to make sure every one gets their order in the right team . But we are a small team of four and with the lock down we sometimes get it wrong and for this I am sorry . But we are going no where and our sister company have been in business for 12 years plus.
