I have been waiting 4 months to have a…

I have been waiting 4 months to have a claim sorted out and have been messed a round by different departments all tell different things. My car has been written off it was 1 week old not my fault not in the car at the time. Direct line have taken my car away so no car still paying the finance company as direct line said they were sorting it out over 3 months ago and the finance company haven't heard from them when contacted to day and my gap insurance are are also waiting to hear so this can be resolved
