Great service and advice in the store, Northpoint Business Park, Mallow Road, the delivery men, Ger and Ben, were just fantastic, very helpful and so obliging. No messing around in/out and gone, I had a mattress delivered by them, not a bother getting it upstairs. Great professional service by them.

How much more detail do you require, the complaint is about the manager, my next purchase will be with a different BMW dealership. Its very disappointing that your reply took so long, it does sum up Kearys


Bought a car from Carstore, little Island, waiting 3 weeks for second key, constantly asking when second key will arrive, dealt with Manager and all I can say is Wow!! very unprofessional, passive aggressive, constantly talking over you when you are trying to explain ones concerns, the attitude was, do want you like about complaint, after sales customer service an all time low, ive dealt with plenty of garages over the years and I have never meet someone like that. I would avoid Carstore as dealing with them has left a bad taste . I went on media platforms and was taken back about such negativity about Carstore and peoples experiences.

I recently purchased a wing mirror, audi quoted me 91 euro plus vat, Micksgarage was 30 euro delivered. Fitted the mirror, absolutely perfect, exactly the same. It pays to shop around, great service and quality delivered.
