Excellent experience from start to finish at Eden Clinic. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and supportive throughout the process.
Dr. Ali guided me through the initial assessment and clearly explained every step, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed from the beginning. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Umar took great care of me and demonstrated exceptional professionalism and attention to detail.
The post-operation care is also worth mentioning. The team regularly called to check on my progress, which made me feel genuinely cared for and supported during recovery.
I especially appreciated the honesty of the surgeon. There were no false promises or unrealistic expectations about quick results. Everything was explained clearly and transparently, which built a lot of trust and confidence.
Overall, a very positive experience with excellent care from start to finish. I would highly recommend Eden Clinic.

Got PV panels end of March 2024. ESB network uploaded the MC6 form the 13th of May 2024. I have produced 700kw during this time and Electric Ireland won't pay it back to me. Why ESB took so long to send this form to EI??

The CS is unsupportive, they ll never call back as promised.

Vhi claim team is great! However the App is poor. Not reactive, always delayed. Once you have submitted a claim receipt you have no chance to edit or just add a note.

Sage repair center lost my coffee machine, customer support does not respond to my emails, they do not call back as they promise and keep saying they will escalate to a manager. My case n. is R103036*** created on Jan 27th 2023.
