I booked now my second flight with "MyTrip" & I am amazed how flawless everything was. So far, the best experience with an online flight booking agency. The booking procedure is super easy, simple and the prices are great. I did not have a contact to the support, so this can't be rated. Happy.

I rented a car in Köln-Bonn Airport. After I returned the car, I got an extra invoice for the fuel (this was okay) and a LOCATION SURCHARGE FEE OF 24.90% on the entire invoice price!!! The location surcharge because it was Köln-Bonn airport. I was not warned at any moment about this fee at the SIXT counter! Pure ripoff! Never SIXT again!!!

I made two orders so far and everything was perfect: fast delivery and the products I've ordered were in an absolutely perfect condition. Once I had to contact the support; i needed to exchange an item. The support was absolutely exceptional: first, they apologized (what is the most important thing), then they did everything to make sure that I get the substitute item. This is an honest review. I definitely love my experience with "fruugo" and continue buying there :) Bravo!
