Review of Koodo Mobile

Quite the glutton for punishment

Quite the glutton for punishment. I've been with koodo for years, and sadly no improvements to their quality of service for device. They said they went to 5G now; you never know it, still works the same, which means it doesn't work.Telus has to be the most crooked of all the suppliers. Having problems with them now since last year. I'm fed up. High price for what? No service, high prices, crappy service. Not worth it at all!

Not even worth 1 star when looking for…

Not even worth 1 star when looking for something specific. Takes me everywhere I don't want to go. You would think that more intelligence would be programming YouTube, but I guess it's just about income and not really helping people.

2 star for defective sensors

2 star for defective sensors. Too many times in the past 6 weeks I've had 4 failures. I don't bother calling any longer because everything they send fails. Made in Makaysia are the worst.
Really fed up with this.

Review of PUMA

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

PUMA customer care doesn't exist. It's a false.

Received a pair of men's track pants at Christmas time and finally in March decided to wear them. The ticket said large which is my size, so I tried them on. They didn't fit. I couldn't understand why. I checked the labels, the back label on the middle of the seam said large the side label on the left side near the pocket said large and then there was another label underneath the first label, black, with a different number. I went to Puma's website and entered the number and it was a medium.
I contacted Puma Canada in Montreal, talked to an Antonio, and he instructed me to send an email to customer care, so I did with pictures of labels and item, and heard back from them that they received my email and will be in contact 48 hours later. Didn't hear anything from them. So I called again, and you wouldn't believe the BS I heard from the representative. There's nothing we can do for you unless you ordered from us. He also said that there are many cases ahead of mine. Doesn't say much for puma and their quality.
I've been purchasing Puma track pants since 2010. They're my favorite. The comfortable, where well, and believe they are quality product; but their customer care team does not match the quality of their clothing. And now I'm starting to wonder about the quality of their clothing because of all of the cases that are before mine.
I guess I'll stop wasting my time trying to solve this problem. It's like banging your head against a brick wall. Customer service does not exist with Puma, PERIOD.

I looked forward to this feature on…

I looked forward to this feature on Microsoft in the past, but noticed it was changing. Mow it's not worth the time or effort. Points cut in half, and they still expect you to invite others to experience the disappointment that you feel now.
They increased the amount you have to accumulatem to gain the pittance they now offer. Their contest entries aren't worth it anymore for the points you have to give up to enter.
{And besides this, Windows 11 is a bomb waiting to go off. It's like they just terrorized our devices.}
It's pushed me to think seriously to dump my Windows device and go to MAC.
I think after this experience I'm going to continue over the next few month's to finish accumulating the Points I need to gain the Pittance that they offer, cash out , and say SAYONARA.
Just who's bright idea was this Microsoft? We're getting screwed by everyone today, and you jump on board to screw us as well!

This is my second day of complaint…

This is my second day of complaint about Tim Hortons and their ridiculous app, which keeps failing. Couldn't use it today, had to sign in and then had to wait 10 minutes for a code to come through so that I could open the app again. Missed my chance at Roll Up the Rim to not win. But then again I really don't think Horton's cares because they're making so much money for lousy unhealthy products. I guess it's obvious that I'm annoyed eh!

JeansGreat, cargo pants just for show

Jeans, excellent quality, but mens cargo pants, absolutely the worst designed possible. They fit great, but cargo pockets, whatever style are useless to keep anything but a cloth or something soft. Harder things irritate the knee causing extreme discomfort. Cargo Pockets should be higher than they are on this brand of pant.

Considering the greed that exists in…

Considering the greed that exists in the grocery stores now, Plus the idiocy and greed of political parties, the mismanagement and apathy that exists with both, my afternoon card doesn't go as far as it used to. I have to spend more to get little. Today was no exception. I usually get 9 to 10 offers on my card every Thursday, today I got three, three whole effing offers. It's getting hard to trust anybody anymore especially Loblaws PC Optimum and whoever else has points cards. We keep getting less and less. Oh well, it was prophesied.

I ALMOST get to receiving the 1000 point bonus, and then, POOF, IT"S GONE. I have to start all over again. This isn't the first time either.
It seems many aren't happy with this rewards program Microsoft offers, and I certainly don't blame them. We get shafted every single day by big Companies.

NO HELP, NOT allowed toenter contest for gift card.

Walked into Owen Sound Location and was looking for something specific, and fond it, but all the OBSTACLES in the way was quite frustrating, not to mention, as everyone knows, there is never anyone around at Home Depot when you need them.
But, this is not the reason for my complaint. I can't enter the Survey because I DO NOT HAVE an email or acount registered with them. I only shop here when I can't find what I'm looking for elsewhere, but I think I'll go elsewhere permantly. You won't allow me to enter you contest, WHY should I shop in your establishment?

Price fluctuations OUTRAGIUOS

Most frustrating site to shop I have ever experienced. You find something you're interested in, think about it for a while, look for a better deal, can't locate one, then come back and the price was hiked over 100%. Found items cheaper in Mom & Pop stores.
Looked at the excuse for these fluctuations in pricing, and to honest, it's BS.
I do admit thattheir return policies are excellent, but too much time wasted looking for great deals when there are none

Review of Koodo Mobile

Was "scammed" by a very fast talking…

Was "scammed" by a very fast talking young lady in November offering us a wonderful deal on Cell Phone and Home security (through Telus ☹) and also to drop our Monthly Bill by a substantial amount IF we accepted the package. I needed a new device, the deal sounded great, so we accepted. BIGGEST **CKING Mistake we made. Because of the Mail Strike, and the amount of time I had to make up my mind, within the send back period if I didn't like the devices received, which was 30days, my phone came 6 days before Christmas, and the security crap came 2 days before. They were going to send someone to help, but they reneged on that one. Contacted Koodo, who told me to contact Telus, Telus was just as annoying as Koodo, trying to deal with the lack of intelligence required for outstanding customer service experience. We finally made them understand that we were not happy, and wanted to return. The agent gave us the ok, sent the required forms by email to take the products to Canada Post for return. Canada Post took the package, Shipping paid by TELUS, gave me the Receipt, and then said this. "mWe have had many of these going back to TELUS in the past. Be cautious! Everyone that has sent these back have complained about TELUS, telling them they haven't received the package, We would like to inform you that TELUS HAS THE WORST RPUTATION FOR LOSING PACKAGES, AND BILLING CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR MISMANAGEMENT."As far as I can tell, Canada Post WAS CORRECT. We have been harassed to no end with phone calls, and Bills for products returned since Dec 30th, 2024 We even sent by email all of the documents they and CP gave us for "a no hassle return."
We've been a loyal customer with Koodo for many years. How can I say this? They told us so. And now they treat us like S***.
As soon as my device is paid for, we're DONE with Koodo/TELUS.

I wish there was a more reliable shipping company in Canada. Hard to track a shipment that went from blue to red in only a few hours. Can't speak to anyone, they've made sure if that. Poorly managed. I wonder if they stole it?

Let's not put the package in the porch…

Let's not put the package in the porch but leave it in a puddle underneath all the dripping ice from the soffit and roof. This is where our packages are ending up. Out in the open, in a puddle of water, and rain. It's either laziness or stupidity that a lot of these drivers have. Sorry to be blunt, but you deserve it. Do better next time.
I do remember when they did put things in the porch. It's just a door, it opens easily, and you can put things on the floor where it's dry. And no one else can see it!

Review of Amazon

Been dealing with Amazon for a while…

Been dealing with Amazon for a while now. I give 3 Star average, I only give 1 star for shopping experience. When I see something I like, or find something I need, especially delivered next day, the price fluctuations are insane. One day I can buy for a reasonable price, in less than 12hrs, the price jumps somewhat moderately, and in other cases drastically. I'm not saying 50 to 60 %, but 200 to 350% on some items. I can buy from the Staes cheaper on some things, even with the exchange on the Canadian $. (Some things they won't ship across the border) It's become a waste of time to even look on Amazon. Cosco has far better pricing on some items that are sold on Amazon. Wanted to exchange something today in fact. Price when purchased yesterday, $34.99, today $40.99. Do not buy heavy items from them. They will accept return, but you have to pay for shipping costs. And to try and contact them, that;s another complaint.

We've been members of Prime for…

We've been members of Prime for sometime now. It was fine at first, bet he longer we.ve been with this Company, the more frustrated we have become. We originally paid for a membership which included Movies, with NO COMMERCIALS, nd free shipping. NOW we have commercials. What's even worse is their selection of movies. If you want better, join another streaming service for more reasonably high monthly payments. There's more entertainment from TUBI, for free than Prime Video Canada, and Commersials are free as well, no extra cost.
They seem to be able to change their binding Contract, at a moments notice.Crimeinal.
Don't get me started with the price of products jumping price every few moments daily. Went to buy a pair of pants on sale for $45 one day, next day I decided to order, they jumped tp $189.36 👀. Another color, same size, $236.47.
No wonder this guy is worth Billions.

te the convenience of Dexcom CGM

I like the convenience of Dexcom CGM, I'm not impressed with several things. 1. The constant inaccuracy of the device, I'm always having to recalibrate. 2. The constant falling off. Can't use adhesives, they make me itch enough to draw blood, the patch they send does not last ands my skin to break out in a rash, and finally, this really burns me; tthe Government pays for all of this and they keep sending me more and more 3 month supplies. I already have 6 months of G6, "6 months!" I guess they're taking advantage of Government generosity, so why not bill the government with more! Criminal. Also wanted to mention, the G6 Transmitter sells on Dexcom site for $289.00, you can purchase it from Diabetes express for, get this, $35.00. Something's not quite right, eh!
