I placed an order for a bike rack but cancelled an hour later when I realised it wouldn't fit my bike. The nest day they send notification saying its despatched and 3 days later contact me to say its too late to cancel as its already been despatched! Now when I go to return the goods they want to deduct €30 postage on top of the €20 I'm down from original order. Its not worth returning now as it will cost too much. Not happy customer!!! I just see they have responded to my review by telling lies, as I said I cancelled within an hour and they didn't respond for 3 days!
