The flowers arrived very late in the day. I did not think it very fair that a premium is set for an early delivery so I didn’t pay for one but did not expect my 79-year-old mother’s flowers would arrive just before her bedtime. They were also slightly crushed and although they recovered the following day, it made me feel terrible for her. The arrangement was lovely as advertised but I think you should be kinder to customers. I will have to consider a different service next time.

Firstly, such a very efficient service, my coffee arrived so quickly, ensuring I never run out.
However, I just want to comment on the incredible quality of the coffee. I have ordered Crema Bar beans up until now but as these were out of stock, I switched to Extra Bar - I’m so glad I did, these beans are a real step up in terms of flavour and intensity. Highly recommended.
