Review of TV 2 Play

I had a disappointing experience with…

I had a disappointing experience with TV 2 Play regarding their so-called 14-day cancellation right.

When I signed up, it appeared that I had a standard 14-day withdrawal period like many other digital services in the EU. However, in practice this is very misleading. Even though I was within the 14 days, my request for a refund was rejected because the service was considered “taken into use” simply by logging in and using the platform.

This is not made clear enough at the time of purchase. The conditions around losing the withdrawal right are hidden in fine print and are not communicated in a transparent way during signup.

As a result, I was unable to get a refund even though I acted quickly after purchase. The subscription was only cancelled for future billing, not refunded.

I believe TV 2 Play should make this much clearer to customers before payment, especially that using the service even once can remove the right of withdrawal.

Overall, the communication feels misleading and not customer-friendly.

Hello.

I can't recognize your description.

You buy your subscription 24.06.
During the purchase, you tick a field that informs that the withdrawl period cancels when being used.

Not only have you logged in - your viewtime is aprox 22 hours of tv.
The definition of that is used.

Best regards.

Reliable Delivery, but Tracking Could Be Improved

I have received several packages through GLS, and unfortunately, their tracking and delivery service is not very convenient.

Deliveries are typically made during normal working hours, when most people are not at home. In addition, GLS does not provide a specific delivery time window, so you often have to stay home all day waiting for your package.

Many other delivery companies now offer estimated delivery times and even allow customers to track the delivery vehicle on a map in real time. This makes it much easier to plan your day and be home only when the package is about to arrive.
GLS should improve its tracking system and offer more flexible delivery options. It would greatly enhance the customer experience.

Hi Younes 😊

Thank you for reaching out 🤗

We have an estimated deliverytime between 7 AM-16 PM on workdays 📦

If it's not possible for you to wait at home for the driver to arrive, I would recommend that you create a signature release authorization for your GLS parcels. You can do this at www.gls.dk/fuldmagt.

As an alternative you can order your parcel to be delivered directly to a ParcelShop nearby, so you can pick up the parcel when it is convenient for you 💙

I wish you a great day ☀️

Great Product, Inconvenient Delivery Experience

I purchased some balcony furniture from vidaXL, and overall I am very satisfied with the product. The furniture looks great, was easy to assemble, and the quality is good for the price.
The only frustrating part was the delivery. The items were shipped with GLS, and I was unable to arrange a delivery time outside of working hours. Since the delivery took place during the day, I had to take time off work to receive the package. It would be much more convenient if they offered more flexible delivery options or used a carrier that allows customers to choose a suitable delivery time.
That said, the product itself met my expectations, and I am happy with my purchase.

Overcharged Twice Before I Could Even Use the Service

I signed up with a subscription that was supposed to cost 390 kr per month, but I’ve already been overcharged twice.

For the first billing period (16.03.2026–15.04.2026), I was charged 509 kr. When I complained, the response I received was: “The first bill is often higher when you pay for more than one month due to an uneven billing period.” However, this explanation still didn’t make much sense, especially because my SIM card was only activated on 15.04.2026 — meaning I was billed before I could even use the service.

Then for the next billing period (16.04.2026–15.05.2026), I was charged 414 kr instead of the agreed 390 kr, and this time they didn’t even explain why the amount was higher.

At this point, I honestly expect there will also be extra charges or excuses when I decide to cancel the subscription, such as “one month notice” fees or other unexpected costs.

Very disappointing experience with unclear billing practices and inconsistent charges.

Hi Younes

Thank you for your feedback 🙏

We’re sorry to hear about the confusion and frustration around your billing.

The first invoice can sometimes be higher when activation happens partway through a billing period, as it may include a partial period and standard monthly fee. That can explain differences compared to the normal monthly price.

Please contact us with your details so we can investigate and clarify everything for you on Trustpilot@3.dk 🤝

Best regards,
Mathilde

The delivery was fast and efficient

The delivery was fast and efficient. I appreciated that the driver contacted me 30 minutes before arriving at my address. However, it would be even better if the app could send a notification an hour before delivery, giving people enough time to get home to receive their package.

It was fast delivery, but ...

It was fast delivery, I wasn't home so they delivered the package to the kiosk place, and no problem with that. But the place was far from my location, they could choose the nearest pakkeshop to my address.

Hi Younes

Thank you for your review.

We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with Bring.

When tracking the parcel, I can see it was ordered as a pickup parcel - this means that the package is ordered to be delivered to a pickup point. Furthermore, your package has been delivered to the collection point, which your sender ordered it to.

I hope you will chose Bring another time, so we are able to give you a better experience

Have a nice day.

Kind regards,
Maja / Bring Denmark
