Coolzy responded with an apology & offer to accept its return & instructions to email them, which I did. Then i get an email back saying they dont accept returns. They advertise that ventng isnt necesary, thats why i bought this unit. Now they say the reason its not blowing cool air is because its not vented. And they didnt provide any means of venting.
This morning Coolzy issued me a complete refund! Very honest company!

This Coolzy machine is a complete waste of money!
The air coming out of it is no cooler than a plain fan. And it doesnt reach 6 ft as advertised, it only reaches 2 ft., which makes it less efficient than a fan, which reaches furthur.
Will be returning & requesting refund.
