Unfortunately we would not recommend using CEDcommerce for TikTok Shop. After installing the plugin and signing up to their subscription there was a glitch with migrating products onto the platform, which is the main function of their service. We messaged their helpdesk and they requested $200 off us extra to fix this. We have never seen this approach before from a company and it's very unprofessional trying to upsell to fix an issue with their product/service.
Then during our TikTok launch when we were getting a record number of orders, they paused our service and held our company to ransom until we upgraded our monthly package. Therefore we had no access to our orders that came in as they were not migrated over to our website and delivery function. When we were forced to upgrade our service to get everything back live then no orders were sent through for 5 more days. As a result this damaged our companies reputation, we received complaints due to delays with orders not coming through our being processed and we received lots of cancellations and refund requests. We also had to spend a lot of time and money fixing the order issue at our own cost. During this time we had to spend hours messaging their 'helpdesk' only to be told that their team was unavailable as it was out of hours for them as they clearly work in a different time zone. If you do have an issue and work spcecific hours or you operate 24 hours like most e-commerce businesses, don't expect any technical support when it doesn't suit them.
Since then no one from the company got in touch to apologise or offer a resolution or compensation for all the revenue and labour we lost. We are now just receiving more emails to say we're reaching our monthly limit and forcing us to upgrade again or our account and OUR orders will be held to ransom. Stay clear of this company!

Dreadful company to deal with, bought a commercial grade boiler recently, problems with it within its first few weeks and we were told that we would have to drop it to them and collect it and they may also charge us for repair. Obviously never heard of what their obligation is as part of EU warranty. We would have to pay all expenses. Reported it to them and received dreadful customer service. Avoid this company at all costs! The first time a commercial company we’ve dealt with has offered no service or warranty.

Hi David,
I am sorry you felt that you needed to write a bad review as a result of your experience with ourselves. However, as we have already told you, we supply all of our equipment with FULL WARRANTY ON PARTS AND LABOUR. If your item is faulty under the terms of this warranty it will be repaired free of charge. You do need to drop the item to our workshop for assessment.
It was suggested to you that your issue might be as a result of limescale build up in your boiler, which is understandably not covered under our policy. There would be a charge for this type of repair. So maybe this is where you seem to be getting the impression that we charge for warranty?
Your warranty is still valid and we would welcome you to please drop your boiler to our premises on the Malahide Road in order for us to assess and repair.
