In order to provide appropriate context for those who may read your review, we would like to add certain factual elements that were not mentioned.

The legal department contacted you to terminate the contract following multiple instances of inappropriate and insulting language directed at customer support, which we are unable to reproduce here (including remarks with connotations), as well as threats to share confidential communications (which is unlawful under data protection regulations) and the sharing of personal photographs.
