If the correct login credentials are entered, the login process should work as expected. We currently have thousands of users using our platforms without login issues, but we still take your report seriously and will review if anything specific happened with your account.
To make the process easier for new users, we have now added an additional login option via email code. This should make account access simpler, especially if there are any issues with passwords.
We understand that technical issues can be frustrating, but we do not believe a 1-star review is a fair reflection of the platform based only on a login issue that support can investigate and resolve.

Monetag is now not good for publishers. Their rules are very strict, it is not suitable for small publishers. My account banned for no reason.
