They actually put the money in my paypal, but I struggled for about 3-4 months to put in all that data and have them put in my paypal, they are very strict

Hello everyone,I wanted to share a transparent case study/warning regarding my experience with Adsterra (AD MARKET LIMITED) to document how they handle legacy publisher accounts and affiliate earnings. The Background (Username: Kapatid101):
2022: My publisher account was suspended due to an automated "traffic spike" when my content went viral and traffic naturally surged. Adsterra flagged it as invalid. I have always categorically denied using purchased or invalid traffic.
The Affiliate Breach: Following the suspension, my separate affiliate referral link remained fully active. Over time, independent referral commissions continued to accumulate in my account, reaching a total balance of $2,200.00 USD.
The Legal & Contractual Issue:While an ad network might dispute publisher traffic, withholding independent referral/affiliate commissions—funds generated by sending new users to their platform—is an entirely separate matter.
These funds cannot be refunded to advertisers. Retaining them constitutes an unlawful forfeiture of funds and a direct breach of contract under Cyprus commercial law.
Escalation History:
July 7, 2026: I delivered a formal Demand Letter requesting a manual human audit, data logs, or contractual justification for withholding the $2,200 balance, giving a standard 14-day remedy period.
July 21, 2026: The 14-day window expired with zero compliance, transparency, or evidence provided by Adsterra.
July 22, 2026: Formal, documented regulatory complaints have now been officially filed and received by the following state authorities in Cyprus (where Adsterra is registered):
The Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry (MECI)The Consumer Protection ServiceThe Cyprus Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)I have provided Adsterra with direct evidence of these active government filings. I am sharing this here to publicly document my journey to recover these funds and to serve as a warning to other legacy publishers.I will keep this thread updated with the responses from both the Cyprus government investigators and Adsterra’s compliance team.
The worst advertising company I've dealt with.
Weak CPM.
Payments are late.
There's no button to request a withdrawal on their website.
You have to wait until they feel like sending your money, and customer service is bad and really slow to respond, that is if they even respond at all.
Hey everyone, just wanted to drop a warning about a major data privacy issue I ran into with the ad network Adsterra.During their publisher sign-up and identity verification process, they require you to hand over a lot of sensitive personal information. Right after doing this, I experienced an immediate, massive influx of unsolicited spam calls and targeted phishing attempts on my registered phone number. It seems clear they are harvesting and selling user data. When I tried to push back and demand they delete my personal information from their databases, their support hid behind the laws and jurisdiction of Cyprus to make excuses and deny the request. If you see this service being recommended online or by AI tools, be extremely careful. It looks like a front to gather your private data and sell it off to spammers, all while making it impossible to get your information removed.
Adsterra My Life's best ad network time to time sended and paid my balance i like this ❤️
They banned my account after a month of use and stole my money, even though I was in constant contact with support and no one informed me of any problem!
When I asked why, they coldly said I violated the terms! When I asked which term I violated, they didn't explain (as is typical of all fraudulent companies that draft terms to serve only their own interests).
I've been working with PropellerAds, ClickAdu, and other reputable companies for years and have never received a single complaint.
Pay attention to a company's reputation above all else; the reviews speak for themselves.

If you pay by crypto now your payment will 99% lost somewhere and they say "return will take 30 days". They literally have no option to pay for traffic without huge comissions +4% and so on. Saying they like do not need clients there.

After review on trust pilot, adsterra replied to contact to share email id, after I have given email but no response received yet. It's been 18 hours, my 500 USD lost.

i think not all of their traffic is real. even with high cpm. and cause they so popular they don't care about clients

The worst experience i ever seen, they blocked my account for no reason, poor service and poor network

The account has no issues and I simply wanted to use it again after it had been inactive for a long time. However, it was suddenly restricted and can no longer be used. The account manager did not provide a proper solution or a satisfactory response.
This is the first time I have experienced such a poor network response and a unilateral decision like this. The CPM is low, payments are often delayed, and whenever there is a holiday, the payment process is postponed even further. Overall, this situation is very frustrating and disappointing.

Terrible support.
I ask their chat agents a simple question and they refuse to answer. I ask them to let me talk to supervisor. 1 agent says come back in few hours. Another agent says impossible to talk to a supervisor.
Waste of time you will give them your traffic and when you need support you will get 0 support.

They banned my account right after i reached min payment to withdraw no notice just got banned without any reason. They are literally eating publisher's hard work. I shared all my data from google search console and analytics but i did not getting any response from them i was ready to provide any specific details to prove my traffic was authentic but they are not replying my Appeal i sent so be careful this can happen with you too

Do not use scammy bot traffic that yields no results. I now have to file a chargeback for their services.

I noticed a lot of bad reviews about them banning accounts after the publisher reaches the payment threshold, so I asked customer service. They just took me on a roundabout journey and didn't provide any information which is sketchy. I haven't withdrawn yet, but let's see how that goes.
