Cannot thank this company enough.
Ordered my wife a Russian ring necklace with our children’s birthdates inscribed on the rings for Xmas. It arrived and I noticed the birthdates were mixed up with the wrong names.
After checking my order I realised I had made the mistake and not the company.
I contacted them to see what they could do for me and they have said they will send me a replacement totally free of charge.
The level of service has been fantastic and they have made a poor Xmas present into a great one.
