Very irresponsible store

Update from last comment and lower the star to 1.

Kungsgatan store finally contacted me after two weeks of radio silence and said they don’t have it in stock. Called the central customer service, they said they have it in Länna store and will fix it. But then Kungsgatan store said no they don’t ship across warehouses and asked me to contact Länna myself and they don’t guarantee the same price I paid.

Oh, and they offer a Chinese brand as alternative instead of AEG. It feels like a bait-and-switch trick to attract customers in the opening and.

Super disappointed and frustrated.

Good price and great service at store, but the logistics are chaotic.
The delivery does not come at promised time, and no confirmation or any notification.
Contact the service and they just said if you are not happy you can cancel it.

Det är väldigt roligt att höra att priset och servicen i varuhuset upplevdes som bra.

Samtidigt är det tråkigt att leveransen och informationen kring den inte fungerade smidigt. Det ska vara enkelt att följa sin order och få tydliga uppdateringar om något blir försenat.

Du kan gärna kontrollera statusen i MyPOWER under Köp och Hantera din order. Där visas aktuell information och eventuell spårning. Det är också bra att se över e post och SMS, eftersom uppdateringar om förseningar skickas där.

Om leveransen fortfarande saknar tydlig status eller inte har uppdaterats på flera dagar, behöver kundtjänst hjälpa vidare med ordern.

Service doesn’t match the description

The insurance is set as default option with added fee, need to tick it off if you don’t want it.
The opening time is not correct, the store might close much earlier than it suggested on the website.
It shows 4.5$ per bag/day, but even if you choose one bag, you are charged with 2 bags anyway, so the minimum cost is double then it shows.

The insurance add-on is optional and is presented in the booking summary, where you can add/remove the insurance before confirming your booking. You also have the option to modify your booking before starting the timer, where you can adjust the add-on. When confirming your booking, you confirm all fees and prices applied to your booking.
