Christmas present for wife never delivered
Placed an order for my wife’s Christmas present on Nov 27th, and, still as of Dec 18th, we have not received and tracking still says it’s on its way from Hermès. Impossible to get a hold of SB customer service..raised 2 emails with no replies and their phone lines are closed. Ive even attempted calling Hermès and they had no new information. I’ve had to buy a present somewhere else in the meanwhile.
