Ordered a jacket on 09 April, still waiting for it. They advertise that it takes 4-6 days. This is laughable. The "tracker" is nonsense and just says the same thing everyday. Please don't buy from them

Useless. Charged me €52 per month for the last 2 years. Data disappeared one day and couldn't text them as the only method of communication is text (1913). Found an email address and told them the problem they said contact us through 1913 (text). No explanation for no data not working. Have changed already to gomo at 13€ per month. Have literally nothing good to say about them. I hope alltheircustomers go to cheaper providers. Literally, everyone is cheaper

Another IT glitch and as usual, takes ages to get through to a human on the phone. Also no info about outtage on website.

This body is an an absolute disaster. I've been trying to renew a tenancy for 2 months now and can't get past the step of authorising my email address for no apparent reason. They have terminated their webcam service and never answer their phones. I have made several 40 plus minute calls but no answer. Emailed them 5 times and no answer. This organisation needs to be disbanded or have a complete management and staff overhaul. I'm in the process of paying rental income tax and can't claim mortgage interest relief as the tenancy hasn't been renewed. At best it's gross incompetency from rtb, and there needs to be an investigation into their procedures

Please do not spend any money here. It's so bad it's almost funny. They sent me 3 pairs of Burberry socks instead of a pair of caterpillar boots fwd. When I emailed they asked me did I just want to keep the socks instead! After about 10 emails back and forth theu finally promised me a full refund. Havent heard a thing since april. Nothing. When i emailed them about it just got a complete blank. They are just scammers
