A massive wait at the check-in, a secret upgrade added to the bill (400 euros - nearly doubling it!) and then an attempt at an 80 euro extra cleaning charge. I would never recommend now.

Be warned: very nice website and staff, but delivery is terrible. Ordered 11 days ago with the implication it would arrive next day. Item out of stock still 4 days later so asked for this item to be removed and was promised immediate dispatch. 7 days later it still has not arrived and the local depot forgot to add it to the lorry. Shocking. Be very careful as customer service have been unwilling to help once it's dispatched (even when sitting around!).
