The product never arrived as they were out of stock, it's been 2 months now waiting for a refund and they don't even reply to my email anymore askingfor updates.

Hice un pedido mediado de noviembre y tuve que viajar por trabajo. La web de la empresa que entrega se rompió cada vez que entente' cambiar las instrucciones de entrega así que devolvieron mi pedido al almacén.
Para que me lo entregaran de nuevo había que pagar de nuevo, estuve dispuesta a pagar de nuevo, no recibí ninguna instrucción de como hacerlo ni un rembolso.
Ahora somos a mitad de enero y no tengo ni mi ropa ni mi dinero a pesar de que estuve dispuesta a pagar de nuevo la entrega y que la primera entrega falló por culpa de una web malísima de su provedores
Nunca más volveré a comprar aqui

I purchased 2 books, they came in on time and the quality is great.
I love the concept and how they can help kids having fun and growing their confidence at the same time.
Will def keep these in mind for future gifts.
The only negative side is the limited choice when it comes to carachter (curly hair can only be on a black kid for example and my nice is blonde, blue eye and super curly!!), but other than that all good!!
