Poor customer service
Poor customer service, was charged twice by mistake but the customer care agent instead asked me to pay again for the third time! Insane, either the systems are really poor or they need to take time to actually read all the details.

I have checked your ticket, and what the agent responded with was the following:
"I have had a look at your transaction attempt and I can see that the order didn't complete. There is a pending authorisation on your card for this order attempt. This is not a transaction, just held funds in anticipation of a payment capture. We have already cancelled this authorisation on our end and you should see these funds released back to you as soon as your bank processes this."
None of your failed attempts were captured, nor could they be captured. So they were instead cancelled and you were told if you still wanted it, you would need to repurchase it.
