I am highly displeased that I am waiting 18 days for my delivery and have not received it yet.

I am amazed by their work ethics and customer service.

They answered every question I had and responded promptly to my emails.

Through my purchase I had to contact several members of their staff and it was a pleasure to communicate with them. They were happy to resolve every problem that occurred.

I am very happy with my purchase and it was a great experience.

I congratulate them for their efforts.

The advertising is unethical.

They claim 5 USD lifetime access but with small letters bellow they say they first charge 299 USD. ONLY if you complete their "milestones" they say you get a refund. (There are reviews of people who didn't get a refund even then)

The milestones are ridiculous. Who watches 8 hours of videos in 24 hours? You have to spend the day in front of the screen. The reason for this is obviously not to be eligible for the refund.

Again with small letters on their main page they say "lifetime access relates to downloaded videos". Therefore "lifetime access" is a FALSE claim.

It also worth noticing that if you sign up through their mobile app the membership is 10 USD (you get charged 99 USD and when you complete the milestones you again eventually get a refund). HOWEVER you get ONE YEAR of access when signing up through the app. (Oh, and there again they say "access to new videos is 100% free forever" but the customer support confirmed that the membership you get is for a year).

Finally, the customer support is relatively fast but not so adequate.

Unless they implement major improvements thay are not worth your money. Questionable refunds, awful "milestones" and unethical advertising.
