Ordered JoMalone perfume for a gift and received a random bottle of after shave. Numerous emails to customer service with inconsistent requests for information about the order. I have requested a refund as have no confidence in this company and also as purchase was for a gift so time has passed for that. I have been asked to return the wrong product which is inconvenience to me ...deloox have said they will only then send me the product again which I no longer want. I have requested a refund, when other companies make these errors, they ship or refund thr product straight away ...not waiting weeks like deloox. I have sent all the photos and proof etc so immediate refund should be issued.
I recommend Not to use this company, prices maybe competitive but it is not worth the hassle. This was my first and will be my last time ..very disappointed.

Ordered the bundle of ladies shorts, belt and top and have to say the quality of the clothes is only average with the shorts in particular of low quality - the zip is getting stuck all the time which is putting me off wearing them - very disappointed.

E harmony is a terrible site which despite the cooling off period will hit you for a "special report" that is not even accurate ... I would imagine this is generic report ... it's a total scam. DO NOT SiGN UP.

I got a notice to say my query has been resolved successfully but I have not received the code. It was requested on Wednesday 22nd? Can this be checked again urgently!! from Margaret Quinn

Very poor service - installation was late and the location was not suitable so the order was cancelled 6 weeks ago. Today received a text message about a charge for a modem that was not received at so had to call customer service to sort out ... again for the third time.
