Have used them twice now and it's an excellent service.
Price agreed per weight.
Arrived on time.
Was able to pay online.
Way cheaper than a skip and also saves me having to load a skip.
Will use again.

Ordered something for collection.
The last time I did there was a desk just inside the door but this time there wasn't.
I made my way to the "Collections" desk in the electrical area.
The person there didn't have it & told me I had to ask a member of staff. When I finally found a free one they were abrupt to say the least.
I got the item in the end but a quick 'click & collect' experience it was not.
Will not use them again.
